I offer individual therapy for adults, couples therapy, and family therapy in a supportive, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship or family challenges, stress, life transitions, self-esteem, or the impact of past experiences, therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself and develop healthier ways of coping.
My approach is tailored to each client's unique needs and integrates evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and Gottman Method principles for couples and families.
Therapy is available in both English and Farsi (Persian), allowing you to express yourself in the language that feels most natural and comfortable.

Getting started is simple. You can book a free 15-minute consultation to ask questions, share what brings you to therapy, and see whether we're a good fit to work together. There's no obligation to continue after the consultation.
If you decide to move forward, we'll schedule your first therapy session, where we'll explore your concerns, discuss your goals, and begin creating a plan that meets your unique needs. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable and meaningful for you.

Every therapist brings their own style, perspective, and way of connecting with clients. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.
I believe that meaningful change happens through a strong therapeutic relationship combined with evidence-based approaches. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, I tailor therapy to your unique experiences, strengths, values, and goals. Together, we'll explore not only ways to manage current challenges but also the deeper patterns that may be keeping you stuck, helping you build lasting and meaningful change.
As an immigrant myself, I also understand many of the emotional and cultural challenges that can come with navigating life between cultures.

If you have extended health benefits that include psychotherapy, you'll receive a detailed receipt after each session that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so I recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm your eligibility before your first appointment.
If you have any questions about fees or insurance, feel free to contact me. I'm happy to help.

Working with me is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can speak openly, explore your thoughts and emotions, and feel genuinely heard.
Our sessions are not about being told what to do or being "fixed." Instead, we'll work together to better understand the patterns behind your challenges, build practical coping skills, and identify meaningful steps toward the life you want to create. Some sessions may focus on developing strategies for the present, while others may explore deeper experiences that continue to influence you today.
My goal is for you to leave each session with greater clarity, self-understanding, and a growing sense of confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges.
